During my recent tenure at a leading social media platform, I developed a creator program and marketing product that inspired high-quality content creation, encouraged positive brand sentiment and increased company ROI via sponsorships and branded campaigns. The program incentivized and inspired creators to produce 4x as much high-quality learning content during campaigns as compared to their regular posting habits resulting in 9M+ videos and over 50B video views.
